Automation and legacy modernization

  • Helped move delivery from manual TFS-era releases through TFS 2017 automation and into modern Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, with PowerShell retained for specialized work.
  • Reduced builds from hours to roughly 20–25 minutes and releases from 6–8 hours to about 1–2 hours, with the release process approximately 99% automated.

Bare-metal Kubernetes and self-hosted AI

  • Runs a six-node bare-metal Kubernetes cluster across general-purpose and GPU nodes using kubeadm, containerd, Calico, MetalLB, Ceph CSI, and NFS CSI.
  • Operates self-hosted LLM infrastructure behind LiteLLM alongside local GitHub runners, GHCR, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Grafana for an end-to-end private platform lab.
